Sexual Abuse and Sexual Assault Cases
Sexual Abuse, Sexual Molestation & Sexual Assault
The attorneys at Farmer, Jaffe, Weissing, Edwards, Fistos & Lehrman have decades of experience handling sexual abuse, sexual assault and sexual molestation claims. Here are some of our recent significant results in sexual abuse cases:
- Recently Farmer Jaffe Weissing attorney Brad Edwards pursued victim rights cases on behalf of ten women who, between 12 and 15 years of age, were sexually molested and abused by Palm Beach resident Jeffrey Epstein. Edwards proved that Epstein, now a registered pedophile, and his international sex trafficking criminal enterprise exploited them and hundreds of other underage girls.
- Mr. Edwards is currently pursuing a precedent setting case on behalf of young girls who were sexually molested by a well-connected billionaire. He is selflessly spending countless hours litigation that action in Federal Court, on a pro bono basis, to protect the rights of crime victims as provided by the Crime Victims' Rights Act.
- Appeals Court Rules in Favor of Crime Victims’ Rights in Registered Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein Case. In a landmark decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit Court on April 18, 2014, ruled in favor of two crime victims represented by Farmer, Jaffe, Weissing, Edwards, Fistos & Lehrman Partner Brad Edwards and his co-counsel, Paul Cassell, Ronald N. Boyce Presidential Professor of Criminal Law - S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.
